-Call Forwarding All calls to internal Extension:

1. Pick up the phone
2. Listen for the dial tone
3. Dial *2
4. Dial 4 digit extension Number
5. Hang up the phone

-Call Forwarding All calls to External Phone Number:

1. Pick up the phone
2. Listen for the dial tone
3. Dial *2 
4. Dial 9 then the 10 digit phone number
5. Hang up the phone

-Canceling Call forwarding:

1. Pick up the phone
2. Listen for the dial tone
3. Dial #22
4. Hang up the phone
